What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of healthcare focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of a wide range of conditions affecting the muscles, joints, and overall movement system.
What sets osteopathy apart is its whole person approach — treatment is tailored to you as an individual, not just your symptoms or condition.

Osteopathic treatment typically involves a personalised combination of:
-
Hands-on manual therapy – including stretching, joint mobilisation, and advanced soft tissue techniques
-
Postural, movement, lifestyle, and injury advice – to support long-term recovery
-
Rehabilitation exercises – designed to improve strength, mobility, and function

Testimonials
"Finally I've found a decent well educated Osteopath!! Only first visit but Holly was AMAZING. Extremely professional and explained so well. Highly recommend."

"This was my first Osteopathy treatment and my first Osteopathy pregnancy treatment - I felt so much better immediately! Holly was brilliant. She targeted the areas I said I had issues with, plus additional areas she discovered needed work. She gave me brilliant tips on pregnancy stretches and exercises too. Plus, she was lovely. I will definiately be booking with her again!"

Before discovering Osteopathy, I believed constant pain was just something I had to live with. As a teenager, I developed Scoliosis and underwent major spinal fusion surgery at 15 — completely immobilising most of my spine permanently.

After 10 years of ongoing pain, I finally saw an Osteopath. To my surprise, I learned that pain doesn’t always mean damage. The relief from treatment, the guidance on what my body needed, and the encouragement to move with confidence were life-changing.

Inspired, I left my job as Cabin Crew, and embarked on a 5 year journey to gain my Osteopathy degree
while working for the NHS.

I opened my clinic to offer people the time, individualised care, and support they truly deserve — creating a space where you feel listened to, understood, and empowered to take control of your health.

Today, I combine my Osteopathic training with my personal journey and passion for helping others — whether you’re managing chronic pain or overcoming a stubborn shoulder niggle that’s holding you back.

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.
